RIS Affirmation of Safe Harbor Adherence
Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. (RIS) respects the privacy of our visitors and clients. RIS does not collect personal identifying information from visitors or clients without their express consent.
Information that you provide about yourself in the instance of a purchase, a survey, or other website feature, is used only for the purposes there stated. Participation is voluntary. If you provide personal information as part of a purchase (e.g., name, address, email address, phone number, or credit card information), we will take full reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your information, including the use of encryption to protect credit card information. We will use your personal information to process orders, to contact you regarding technical updates, special offers and upcoming events and for no other purpose. We do not trade nor rent any lists nor personal information.
At our client's option, we may utilize cookies (information sent by our web server and stored on your computer's hard drive) to identify you and to save you time when you return to manage your record or order new services. Cookies do not contain personal information about you.
Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc. offers the leading cloud-based ADR case management system called Caseload Manager. ADR programs and practitioners manage their case information online with Caseload Manager. See www.caseloadmanager.com. All case management data entered into Caseload Manager by clients and as part of clients' operations is strictly confidential and not accessible without authorization from the client administrator.
In the event of a dispute involving Resourceful Internet Solution, Inc., RIS is pre-committed to first mediate such dispute with a mutually acceptable mediator and each party to pay half of all mediation costs; and, if this mediation is not successful, RIS is pre-committed to arbitrate such dispute with a mutually acceptable arbitrator and each party to pay half of all arbitration costs.
Individuals are encouraged to initially bring their complaint to RIS. If this does not satisfy the dispute, individuals may bring their complaint to an Indepent Recourse Mechanism. RIS works with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to ensure all complaints are fairly heard. AAA agrees that it will hear each EU privacy dispute in accordance with the Safe Harbor Frameworks, available here: http://www.export.gov/safeharbor/
